A job that Robin Yaeger said would take 5 days turned out to be 2 months of hell. He also lied about acquiring a building permit. After the job was completed and he was paid problems started showing up and he will never return calls or stand by his supposed 15 year warranty. It's more like a 15 minute warranty. He has bad reviews going back for at least 5 years. He was a member of the BBB but they kicked him out about 3 years ago. The gutters he installed are not pitched correctly and you may not believe this but he actually installed a couple of downspouts with just a few drill holes for the water to run through. He attached one downspout with no hole at all. When it rained the water just cascaded over the gutters because obviously how fast can water drain through a few 1/8" holes or none at all? Sounds unbelievable but I have pictures to prove it. After the rain stops the gutters drip for days because of the leaks and standing water. He left the downspouts just hanging from the house without attaching them with straps to the house. It would take me too long to list all the things he screwed up. I don't know how someone like him is still in business after all the horror stories you see about him on the inter-net going back for all these many years. Like many other reviewers said he should be in jail or worse. If there is any type of justice in this universe I'm sure he will be rotting in hell, and it won't be soon enough.
