Jamey Boutin has not lived up to the signed contract. I have a house with missing siding and no gutters. My basement is now wet and damaged because of the lack of gutters. This man did not live up to the written or verbal promises he and his representatives made. P.T. Barnum was right, there is one born every minute. It makes me ill to think that this man took my money and doesn't care what he did to me or my family.
