I recently had the opportunity to work with Slade and 2 of his associates. I had had severe wind and hail damage on my home and the roof had to be replaced plus most of the siding. Slade presented me with an estimate withing 24 hours after looking at the damage. After approving the estimate the roofing began the next day. But first he placed a tarp just in case it rained. Once all the material were delivered I was given an invoice for the material which I found to be appropriate. Never did Slade ask for a deposit up front.

We saw one of Stephen's Billboards and called him. He was the one who took the phone call!! It was great talking to the owner.He came out and gave us a great price and his guys did an outstanding job.

I own this company and we do not take deposits unless material has been sent to a job first. Then we may invoice for material. We have never taken a deposit up front period. We have completed over 12,000 jobs and continue to grow on a daily basis.

Do not accept any work from Stephen Slade. He does not pay his subs which results in a lien on the said property. Also homeowners
beware: I have seen several times where he gets money up front then does not complete the job.
